 Coolness: 88715 | Some days, I think clubbers are more welcoming than ravers, even though ravers are supposed to be the super happy and loving people!
They are, we were plur-pushing elitist jerks who thought alcohol was baaaaaaad (as opposed to amphetamines...uh-huh) in 90s and today ravers are just as elitist. It's always a bitch fest on peoples outfits and other such shit, but everyone is lovey-duvey when they're face to face. |

The only rave venue I'm aware of in Montreal is a place called 'Le Chill'. It's opened 24/7 from friday to sunday night most week-ends and the doorman sells drugs and whatever you need. but really it's so much different then when it started. back in 2004 i used to go there a lot because there was psytrance every weekend. now... i think they play house... and drugs :P |

Well what's your definition of a rave venue? To me, it's a place with continuous 'raving' going on. They have psytrance and house music playing all day long, don't sell alcohol and have your typical rave crowd. And it's still opened !! I was there August 2010. then i heard about evoloution radar one 7, went there(a 3 day rave) and then i became a raver ever since. now i can say fuck clubs, fuck afterhours(unless the dj is really worth it) and just come to our parties, because we know how to have fun and party hard and we are a huge family, :) |
