Oh, so you're the Gamos I've read about. Yes for me the PLUR is important, but: "Our society of choice is utopian though we know it will never be."
2nd paragraph of the Raver's Manifesto.

Oh and guys to mention to think about the parents of the kids going to raves, they got to be worried sick when we get back home @ 9h30am ;)
I'm feeling hyped right now..

the reasons why i was raving

not because i needed a scene with rules to follow haha

lol^^

i started going to parties when i was 15...the only parties 18+ are at establishments, apart from that the 18+ disclaimer is so that minors don't get all retarded and give the scene/promoter/event unwanted attention. not to say they all do that but experience in partying leads to more responsible behavior in the parts that matter when going out to an all night party, needless to say seeing a bunch of 16 year olds at a party would make me feel older than already do when i go out

but remember this: when the kids come out and play, the deviants show their ugly heads

fear and paranoia everybody, they're out to sodomize you!
I'm feeling battery operated right now..

I don't recall a rave every being some kind of rule heavy event. The closest I could think of would be noticing suggestions on the event page stating, "Don't crowd the entrance so we can avoid the cops".

Anything that lists rules like 18+, even if there is booze, drugs and flying space monkeys, isn't a rave. It may be rave like, but not a rave(At least in my opinion).
I'm feeling like blazing a trail right now..

@ Daf, I don't need a scene with rules to follow, I need a place where people are not complete hating retards, in which I can have the most fun out of life. That's why I rave.
Still, you are right on a point: "I don't need a music scene to tell me who I am", this is damn right and I totally respect that.

@MolocH, I don't really need organisation, just some awesomely crazy places I can rave the hell out of the night.

In another way, I admit that sometimes, the multiple sides of the art scene, including music and dance, leads my life, but I can't help it much, since artist is my dream job :P

Moi ça me dégoute en2k.)
I'm feeling / right now..

Plur... Pushing Limits Until Retarded? lol

What is that raver manifesto anyway? Is it like the warning label on cigarettes packages or the informational paper that comes with condoms?

Agreed. Des ptites candy de 14-15 ans semi-habillées qui se mangent la gueule à coups de tiques, ça me fait peur.

I don't know if it's allowed in these forums, but there:

The Melbourne Shuffle is a dance, and there's a big rave community surrounding it.
