 Coolness: 509600 | I mixed at Flower Shop a while back and people were stubbornly chilling right in plain view outside... several times they were asked to move inside.
This is how it went: "Please go inside, if you don't want to party, at least don't get the rest of us busted." so people kinda went inside the doorway... for like 20 seconds later on there were like twice as many people outside so I yelled(not screamed...): "Please get the fuck inside, you're going to get the part shut down." some peeps looked in my direction whereas the rest just ignored me and continued talking and chilling right in plain site in front of an abandoned building... 30 minutes later, cops were clearing the place out, taking IDs and beating up Destructiva... so it occurred to me that people think 'free' means 'it's not like I paid, I don't give a fuck about this party or anyone at it or even the people organizing it' and let's be honest here, people think 'not caring' is cool and doing the opposite of what someone tells us means we're independent... so why don't we all just go to parties and hang out OUTSIDE the fucking party cause we're too cool to be IN the party, no, raves are so old school and lame so let's go chill IN FRONT of raves and of course people won't fucking notice 30 people chilling on a street corner where generally NO ONE EVER CHILLS... I guess we'll always have people who love the scene enough and people who rape the scene... so next free event? make it 100% private, don't invite sheep (unless they are really very good looking) and get REALLY pissed when someone does something stupid... You know, I used to think that drugs made people stupid, but now it's becoming ever more evident that it's quite the opposite. just my two cents.... |

We could have had the sound WAY louder but with the changes to the tunnel the noise leaked a lot more. We could hear the music from the other side of the street outside the tunnel.
Anyways I like the meeting point... And then you get to know the location... I think that is going to happen for the next event... People will know before hand what they are getting into and to follow the rules. |

Yeah, I heard you guys talking about that at the party, I'm not complaining per se, it was understandable; it's true we could hear the music a bit outside, we noticed it before going into the tunnel. |
