both provinces are friggin huge. I've been to some pretty remote places up in Northern Ontario. Temagami was pretty damn cool. been to Timmins too (cool wilderness but the town is like Hamilton without the charm).

but you're right Northern Quebec is better.. I was checking some places on the net. would be awesome to go hiking/rafting through here

and then there is crater lake caused by a meteor. really remote Quebec arctic.

I driv ein toronto every day and I see lush greenery everywhere.
Ive driven in mtl more times then I can count and dont remeber seeing much greenery.
but on the other hand I wont say montreal can go fuck themselves or that its what someone deserves or say its lacking greenery. With toronto being around over 600km squared in length I dont see how you can generalize such a vast space, same as other locations.
if this had happened where you are, you wouldnt be laughing. I dont understand how natural disasters are something to laugh about or point fingers saying they deserve it of sme sort
I'm feeling the sun! right now..

Well, in quantum computing, for example, bits aren't 1 or 0, they're both simultaneously.

So, in this particular mathematical conundrum, area and length both exist simultaneously, so every equation you would do involving her 'km² length' would be calculated both ways; once with it as 600km² and one with L=600km.

See, it makes perfect sense!

Does it mean I could actually say "I would like to smoke a joint that's 8 inches long, squared." ?

Cuz that would sound like one hell of a joint.

You could, in quantum mechanics :P

The way the universe/dimensions work on a quantum level, you actually ARE smoking one that's 5" long AND 8" squared, just by two different "you" existing in parallel dimensions.

I fully agree with you. I post a couple videos about severe tornados hitting Toronto - which killed a little kid, I might add - and I get some rude cocksucker replying: "fuck Toronto" and someone else saying "that's what they get for clearcutting the forests"

yeah.. that evil city of Toronto, built on a clearcut. unlike Montreal, where people still travel by canoe through the pristine wilderness

I guess some people in Quebec think everyone in Ontario is the enemy, or something.

It's funny though.. in all my 7 years living in downtown Toronto... I never heard people hating on Quebec or Montreal. and if I did hear someone hating on Quebecois, I'd think they were an idiot. Toronto's a nice city. just like Montreal. it has good and bad people in it.

I don't know if people picture it being some big stronghold of the Henglish, but it's not like that. it's got people from all over the world. Toronto doesn't hate you =)

I think the "hate" or I should say the strong dislike for each other derives from hockey.

I got a friend, who grew up in Montreal, and living in TO for over 10 years, said that Toronto don't exactly have a good impression of us either. With the Biker wars, and the little riots here and there. Bad publicity travels faster than odours from leftover trash. Ideally, I would love get a place in both cities, and a place up North. If only I had money.

ha. hockey? really? I never really got into hockey too much so I never thought of that. I dunno I never heard people saying they didn't like Montreal. I did maybe hear that Quebec City is not the friendliest city to visit if you are an anglophone, but never Montreal.

Toronto's definitely got some cool areas. especially Kensington Market in the summertime. that's my old hood.

ya man. I too would like a place in both Toronto and Montreal. and Spain. and Ireland. and London England. and Germany.
