raving is a great way to lose weight if combined with the proper drugs. You lose ur appetite, and burn lots of calories. Of course, you lose a ton of muscle at the same time, but thats life. Crystal Meth, Speed, even E works pretty well. Of course you actually have to dance for 6 hours whilst ur on mad drugs. You could proabbly lose a lb a week by doing that

i didn't gain all the weight back Betty just some of it to the point where i am not comfortable!!!

I feel great it has been two week and i am at the end of a crazy week of training and so on and so forth, for lunch i am going out for some chicken brochette to treat myself....Thanks Betty....

hard work and perserverence is the key i never dieted really just watched what i ate.......

I am excited a bit to loose this weight and i have more energy now and i can go do that extra hour on the weekeend of practice on my musci and clean up my appartment on the weekend i am not tired anymore!!!

I will keep u updated....Hopefully by the end of febuary i will have lost some pounds but i am not stressing, I FEEL GREAT.....:)

also there are some little trick that if you do every day the results will be slowly positiv

(ok, it sucks that i can't write that in french, because im pretty sure nothing i will write will make no sens, im sorry for that)

here are my little tricks, that my grand mother gave me, and she is the only europeen grand mother i know over 60 years old that still have the same size still her 20's:

- walking, alot of walking, the more often you can. Like, instead of taking the metro for only one station, walk. it's like 15-20 minutes that separes one station to another, it's nothing and it will make you feel good
- in the metro, walk the stairs instead of taking the automatic stairs.
- try to not eat collation between the meals
- stop eating when you are full. yeah i know, im a big "gourmande" myself but when you are full and you continue eating, that's when you gain some weight

all those tricks sounds too easy and stupid to work, but i swear those are the only things i do every day (i also go everyday play outside in the park with my dog, about an hour, nice weather or not) since forever and in 7 years i gain 6 pounds even if i work on my ass 40 hours a week since 5 years and that my favorite activity is chilling on my couch

Daf these r things i have always done, walking up and down the staris, i walk everywhere i like to walk listening to my ipod and i don't even know how far i have gone soemtimes...lol

I love food and i love to eat, i am always careful with what i eat all the time! I make sure it isn't too fatty. I was afraid to eat, casue it is so easy for me to gain weight cause of the genes in my family.

Now i am ok since i have been training i feel great i wanna scream from mountain hahahahahah....
Only good food in my house no sugar no salt, no red meats, full of vegies and fruits....Good foods....I am getting used to eating well again and i happy about that, just yesturday i ran on the treadmill for a full 5 min i never did that before! No problems with my astma either!!!

I am excited and looking forwad to feeling great and lookin good for summer!!!Thank u ladies for all your support and help! GROS BISOU xoxoxoxo

i am a strong confident beautiful woman, i tell myself that all the time now and alot of people r just feeling sorry for themselves and say this and that but don't do anything about it...Well i am doing something..And haveing fun and feeling good, when peeps see that u r happy u r more approachable and likeable

that's a good attitude you have lyn... i'm really into changing stuff that i can...

some physical features can never be change (even by surgeries..) and it is important that we still love ourself as we are... everybody can be beautiful when they are great on the inside..
personality is almost everything..

but yeah the things we can change psychologically or physically deserves to be address/// we have only one life to live and it's at our ages that we can really change stuff and habits...

it's always make me sad to ear girls who hates their body or simply them self... i know.. in an other life, years and years ago, i felt like that about myself and it was terrible.

i'm happy i decided to change my attitudes toward myself & life in general..
and now i have a great life, not always easy... and w/out little complex...

but still i love myself enough, i'm at peace majority of time... and found someone i love, who loves me entirely inside and out.

i know peeps say it often but it's true: attitudes you have toward yourself are pretty much gonna dictates how people act toward you!

even if you are the most different weird out kid at little school, if you have the right attitudes other kids gonna threat you as you asked! and anyway who wants a fucking bully as friend??!

parents often have not so good attitudes or preparation to raise fat, sick, handicapped or simply different children..

resilience is the key...

well said Betty I agree.....Finally i have this attitude i accept myself for who i am and what i stand for, i have a good job, i am a good dj i love playing music and i have pretty dam good friends to support me....Good family as well.....

I was happy but not as happy as i could of been now i think i am there finally and it feel flipin good hihihihi

also i forgot to tell you that usually when you are a new gym member.. a lot of places offer a "tune in" w/ a professional trainer for free.. you need to ask! sometimes it also happened i payed 30-40$ for an hour and i did that each 4 months or when i was making progress... now i'm going to the university which is top because of all their sports teams(americans are crazy about sports. the only thing who really unite them!ha)

anyway this person will be able to establish a program just for you...

you gonna learn plenty of tips appropriate for you.. and your needs..

ex: let say if you do the pressing machine for your out and in side tights.. if you start at 65lbs & train 4-5 times/week & do 3 sets of 15 repetitions each day of training.. and that in 2 months you're still doing 65lbs.. it's not a good sign.

it's mean the exercises you are performing are not enough challenging for you.. better do 3 sets of 10 repetition with a heavier weight than more with a non challenging weight.. etc!
when you reach a great capacity and do a lot of cardio and lose weight.. don't over do it you'll be all bulky... well depend on what is ur goals..

but yeah there;s a lot to learn about physical activities.. i try always to talk with people who know a lot so i can find tricks who works for me..

like my cousin dé she have been many times east canadian champion of the 1500 2000 meters.. and she's a doctor.. i run quite often, almost each day, for at least a 2 miles... last time we trained together i learned that the pain i had in the front of my legs wasn't actually a typical sore muscle pain (you know bruise like pain...) it was because i have a light deviation of my legs which make me putt the feet in a slight inside angle.. well since then i try to concentrate to putt my feet straight and my pain is less bad// it's no big deal i'm not an extreme runner/ in that case i would dev. shock fractures. which is not fun.

ya i know my brother is my t5rainer he is certified he gave me a programm and i am following it and whatever questions i have i just have to call him, he tells me that if it is too easy that's bad increase the weight and burn baby burn......Actually when i was running yesturday i did it for a whole 5 min and my astma didn't bother me after so i am really excited to do more!

In 2 or 3 weeks i will try for 8 min then 10 and so on......

I am just feeling great now...Energetic lighter on my feet and it has only been 2 weeks....

In a month or so i am looking forward for my clothes to be a bit loose fitting....I am also haveing fun too.....
