same thing happenss to tree up in mountain where I go snowboarding, and it's mostly because of the wind and the snow cannon.

..the canon things is excatly my point..it took a shitlod of wind to make ice freeze in an almost 90% degree angle..maybe with snowcanon..maybe on top a tall mountain..but in a town on the sea level..yeah maybe..
I'm feeling the wind of change right now..

it's not the first time though I've seen other picture, but imagine winds of 90km/h with ice-rain, it could do that easily...

it hardly ever happens there ; the water freezed instantly, at the contact of such cold materials in a little-less-cold-but-cold-anyways air

as for the cars, you just don't do anything ! even if you poured lukewarm water to melt the ice, you wouldn't be able to drive on the road, event with special tires... and don't even think about scraping your car, you probably wouldn't manage it in less than dozens of hours, and you may break some things on your car ! this reminds me of a day when i was young and fetched my clothes which were drying outside (hung in the garden, as usual) and it had been an unexpectedly freezing night... some clothes were kinda frozen, and one of my socks dropped and broke in half ! :)
I'm feeling phd powa !!! right now..

I'm feeling hooo right now..
