As the minister of PLUR, my job is two fold. First, I give my stamp of approval to PLUR threads, and a stamp of disapproval to non-plur threads. Secondly, I inform people when they are being un-PlUR,and give them kudos (or props, or even mad props) for being PLUR. Now, I went back to look at the original post, and it seems to communicate that the poster wants to bring PLUR back. Obviously, the question of whether PLUR is already in the scene is debatable, but regardless of the correct answer of that debate, one can't argue with someone wanting more PLUR in the scene. PLUR is a monotone good; more is always better. Perhaps your suggestion had to do with the poster rather than the post itself. But if you look carefully, I simply approved the thread. I never gave the poster kudos or "props." |

Dont get me wrong I am not an advocate of the PLUR business, four values I cherish, but once you've lost the R, the rest comes with it and at this point bliss has lost it with no way of ever getting it back. |

Yeah, I can't really comment cuz I don't know french. I understood the "Ou est Gamos" part cuz when I was younger I went to quebec city on an exchange and worked at a summer camp. And all the kids didnt like me, and they were always like "Flo est ou?" which I soon figured out to mean "Where is florence" the female counciler, who all the boys liked. THey didnt like me much. This one time when they were all in the gym, and running on the stage and shit, Florence was like "Gamos, WTF, HELP ME!!!" cuz I was absolutely useless. So I tried to help, and get the kids of the stage, but they kept jumping back on it. And Id be all like "Arret" and that word for stand still "assemble" or something, but they just made fun of my french. And then this one time, I tried to get a kid off as he was trying to get on, and his hand scraped against a nail on the stage, and im pretty sure there was blood everywhere. And then they liked me even less. 6 year olds are mean. |
