I dunno why djs of all people would want to use it to trash the other, when its a great tool to meet new people and perhaps work together to expand individual constraints as far as the scene goes. Theres mixes on here, theres forums, theres pms and theres profiles. In another world you might have seen djs using it to collaborate, network, and put on events. It just seems like such a waste |

 Coolness: 150575 | Oh they do. I remember once upon a time there was beef between NTK and some people from the DnB scene that was going on on this board. Not too long afterwards we started hearing DnB being played at Hardtek parties. Their [Screwhead and Bliss] beef is "personal", and is more or less an isolated event. One of the aspects of this board is the very fact that so many people from different walks of life come together and share their ideas. And this type of animosity by no means overshadows that positive aspect of this board. |

You don't see me constantly slamming him with nicknames like "Piss" (how original) or referring to his mixes and bio as "spam". There's definitely a lack of respect there on his part. This whole trying to use his position as moderator to try to get me banned was the last straw On my end I've collaborated and worked with pretty much everyone in this city, regardless of scenes, and continue to do so on a weekly basis (been like that for over 10 years) [ www.djbliss.net ] |
