 Coolness: 282555 | Earlier tonight I called in to order a sandwich or some shit, and the woman on the phone
told me my address has been BLACKLISTED! I'm a return customer, always tip well but the problem is sometimes they're 2 whole hours late and I make them give me a discount, by then I'm proper pissed and not really in the mood to chit chat with the drivers but they seem to have put their foot down. The 3 delivery guys WILL NOT deliver to my house because they feel I'm too "threatening" Now take it however you want, yeh I can be a shmuck on the net but, would you put up with their shit if they took 3 hours to deliver your food? They had no remorse either, they felt I deserved to wait that long each time it happened. These people seem to forget the term "Respect the Customer" and "The customer is always right" cause now they just made up a blatant lie about me so that they wouldn't have to deliver to me. I didn't swear or yell at any of these guys, maybe gave them a dirty look because I was starving to death but that's about it, and after they give me a discount I ALWAYS tip them a toonie for their trouble. I'm actually thinking about calling their head office and have them review what the fuck is going on, cause this is absolute bullshit. If they had a record of all the times they we're over 3 hours late delivering to me, they would have a shit fit. Fuck I hate delivery guys. |

I hate delivery guys too. Theyre the problem with society. Cuz they're rude, and theyre assholes, and treat the customer like shit. Then to get themselves out of trouble, they tell customer service that you are the one thats being rude and "intimidating" If I were you, I would go down there, talk to the owner, and put the delivery men in their place. |

Anyways, the place is real close, but there's a cop station right there. If I go there, it's gonna take a bit more than some "straightening out" there's gonna be yelling, these drivers are senile and fucked, they're from verdun (born here) and I don't know if you've seen some of these mutants, but they are the epitome of humans. They will argue until they get into a fight, in that case i'd be [ fucked...ca ] I'm not gonna let some lazy dickhead get the best of me, he delivers popcorn chicken for a living FFS! |

1) You call to complain, but before you do, the driver has told the manager you're abusive Cuz if theyre like "Oh this customer is an asshole and yelled at me and was really abusive" before you have a chance to call and be like "Your delivery man delivered my food a half hour late," then when you call, the manager is going to be like "wow, Im not gonna let this asshole and abusive customer talk shit about my drivers" and the manager will totally stick up for them and his attitude towards you will be "go fuck yourself," 2) You call to complain, and the driver hasn't said anything to the manager But if you call and the delivery guy hasn't made a comment about you to the manager, the manager will be all like "Yeah, I'll talk to my driver. Im sorry. Heres some free chicken on the house" and then he'll fire the driver. Cuz if the driver says after you complained that you were really abusive, it sounds like a lie. 3) You never call to complain, and the driver talks shit about you If you don't call, and the delivery guy has talked shit about you, then the next time you call, they won't deliver food to your house. And what does the delivery guy care if theyve black-listed you. 4) You never call to complain, and the driver doesnt talk shit about you Next time you call, you get delivery. As you can see, no matter what you do, its always in the driver's best interest to talk shit about you when they fuck up your delivery |
