 Coolness: 43270 | A'ight. The Blend is NOT a rave. Raves still exist? Hmm... I guess I got that out of my language a long time ago. But if some peeps wanna call it a rave well... why should we have issues bout that. I have my little explanation for the un-success of the said Blend- the general weird mood of most staff peeps and or the I-don't-give-a-fuck attitude of others (that, to me, explains the reason why more than half the crowd got in for free). OK, at 3 I disappeared until it was over at 7, for reasons that become more than personal without me really wanting it to, so I admit I am not fully aware of what went on completely. I am tempted to say that if I had stayed all night, I would not have let so much shit happen, but I too at a point got affected by the "je-m'en-foutisme" which I spoke about earlier.
I agree with Seb, not every party is worth the effort that was put in, but personally I will strive and work harder to make The Blend something to talk about every month. Think about it- how many monthlies is there going on anyways? iDJ, and soon Zone. What's wrong with a third monthly? The Blend is not straight about jungle, to "paraphraser" Tipsy. It's about what we like. And that was only the second effort. Let us do some adjustments, heck, even put in some creative comments and suggestions- want hardcore? Fine, it's the fuckin' Blend! Y'all know what I'm sayin? Anyways. If I keep on, I will crash the server. So yeah. I'll now go lose myself in un-creative depression. Peace. And LOVE, estie. |
