That sound a lot like stuff I get on a daily basis. Me : " ok so you can't access the internet right now ? " Client : " yeah, no. I can't. It gives me error 403 " Me : " Hm. Let me check. You're not calling from your phone, are you ? " Cient : " Huh ? No no. What do you want me to do with this ? " Me : " Excellent. Well, first thing I want you to do is to remove the battery out of your phone for a second or so and put it back and restart it " Client : " Ok. I should do this right now ? " Me : " Yes please " Client : " Ok, hold on............" * CLICK * Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu... What part of " are you talking on your phone right now " wasn't understood here ? |
