Bah!!! all you Ravopolis goody-good shoes super heroes!! Joining the ranks of Super Villains, i present you Dr.TREY.

Origin: Unknown
Age: Unknown
Super Abilities: Temporal Manipulation, High Intelligence.
Status: Unknown.
Notes: belligerent, extremely patience, and expert in the GUN KATA.

Not much is known about Dr.Trey. It's common myth that he was one of the earliest and protector of Ravopolis.
But this ex-Super Hero, after many battles in the Nemesis Wars, has lost the will to fight. Not long after, he
was betrayed by his comrades and was left for dead.

Confusion grew to resentment which leads to anger. Finally, Dr.Trey decided that the only that matter was himself.
Barely recover, the newly nefarious man created a Temporal Cocoon to hibernated in.

Now, he is awakened in a future Ravopolis. Unfortunately, temporal manipulations had side effects.
The few who spoken the Doctor says that he's insane and speak of madness from ages long gone past, and of
vision a future dystopia in Ravopolis.

It is believed that Dr.Trey has hands in the black market and arms trafficking. This villain works from the shadow.
On what is his agenda is? no ones knows, maybe not even the Doctor himself. The latest rumours is that he is accumulating
all knowledge of the Quantum Crisis Theory.
