Not that the promoters might have bad intentions, but I mean it's so easy to make couple of phone calls and login [ Rave.ca ] and build a simili party that look like a big outdoor music festival... sell tickets and shit... C'mon that scenario repeat itself EVERY SINGLE year !! I'm not saying its the case here... but I've heard you whinin'n'cryin' about not gettin what you were told before... Some of you might be excited by those big-full-o'local-djs-by-the-dozen-big-ass-fest cause they're different from those 5$ thursday night that all look alike... but by not choosing where you put your 30-40 bucks, you're just killing the movement !! Deceptions after deceptions, year after year, cancellation after cancellation the "product" will seem less interesting and it will be therefore more difficult for the well organized promoters to build something that will raise the bar. Do yourself a favor and think twice before you make choices or give your week-end money to any-given-simili-ex-raver-new-promoter. mes même esti de 2 cennes que l'année passée. |

Some people are not made to be promoters. Doesn't make them bad people. This reminds me of other people, DJs *cough* who failed at promoting... Though with Host_One's review and their failure to reply kinda settles the professionalism issue. And Dee... I'm usually the same. I still haven't bought my ticket for the Hardcore Kinetik night on Saturday. I had a friend buying hers and she got mine a the same time. |

Got it before squiggles, and I was looking foward to an outdoor party with rainbow theme (me like colors :P) I'll just make sure to go with a car, so if it sucks or rain I can go bakc home or somewhere else, that's all!!! (hope it's not to far from MTL!) Did not went to the party last week end so I did not see all that went wrong... I guess it's "finger cross" mode :P |
