| Supppose that theoretically I had to make a 20 minute presentation in about an hour, but was deathly afraid of public speaking. If I rolled like 40 minutes before, would that fear subside so that I could make an awesome presentation? |

| I def do not recommend rolling, the paranoia is real. Fear is amplified.
What you should do is get naked for your presentation... er, I mean picture the audience naked...hell, EVERYONE naked. Yeah, that should do it

| You should totally roll, it'll make things much easier.
The thing is, you don't want to get caught with coming up durring the presentation, and it could take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour for the pill to disolve in your stomach. So, you'd be best off taking one for the team and hooping it. It'll kick in a lot faster and give you time to get used to it so that you'll be fine for your presentation. |

Actually, I'd go with something along the lines of raisinlove... Start by asking everyone to get naked, telling them it'll ease your nervousness... There's bound to be someone who starts to do it, everyone starts laughing, tension goes down and you can move on to your boring subject... |

I strongly suggest calling in sick that day. And when it's set to a later day, call in sick again. Or just call in to report you've suddenly died overnight and can't come to work today seeing as how you're calling from the morgue and all.
