| j'ai été cette année car je travaillais pour grip et c'étais vraiment décevent, la déco étais moin chargé qu'à soma 2007, il y avait juste une black light et c'étais à notre kioske et j'ai parlé avec des gens qui m'on dit qu'ils ont attendue vraiment longtemps pour rentrer!! et oui parce que les promoteurs ont encore une fois vendue plus de billets qui étais suposer. les promoteurs sont vraiment nul car ils penssent juste au cash et non à l'esprit d'un bon party alors je vous conseil de pas perdre votre argent ;) |

| Basically, too many people but you can see that in underground raves, quite often actually. Overpriced, yes, but they do have a few big names I think, but I'm not sure since I don't listen to the type of music that plays there (another main reason why people here don't go to bal en blanc, musically different tastes).
As a girl, who has been to a "love on the beat party" and "gloom", I hate being looked at like a piece of meat. Many people attend this kind of event, not being let's say "regular ravers" hoping to meet girls on e and get laid. You're standing there talking to your friend, when suddenly someone puts on your back this vibrating toy, you turn around and see this oily tanned musled guy smiling weirdly at you... and when you tell him you're not on e, and doesn't say anything and walks away, I mean wtf!! Not to generalize, but there are a lot of them there.
That and a 2 hour wait in the line-up when it's crazy cold outside, same thing for the bathroom (which is quite dangerous since many people take pills and are not always aware of their need to go).
The one positive thing I can actually see, I don't know if they still do it, but there used to be red cross stands. So people not feeling well are being taken care of by professionals, and I'd feel safer!! |

OMG. Well, if you went to especially THESE partys expecting to be respected, you kinda asked for it. I prefer by far going to BeB than any godforsaken Ray Junior party. I would be caught dead before I went to any of those partys...and I'm a guy, can you imagine ?
Oh and the main difference with BeB btw is that the person putting a vibrating toy on your back and massaging you is gonna be another girl. LOL ! |

| It was a looooooooooong time ago! But anyways, my main reasons for not going are "not my crowd-not my music" thing and the line-ups for the bathrooms, it freaks me out. When I need to go pee, I wanna go now!! But seriously though, I wish there were smaller trance parties I could go have fun with my girlfriend at leats once. There was trance at terra but unfortunately I was in the other rooms (or outside), so I didn't get to enjoy it. Oh well! |
