| All I have to say, is why the fuck is every genre seem to become more like fucking house lately? Why the need to rename something that is clearly the same sound as the last breath of speed garage as bassline house? Will this make it more appealing to the masses, to all the bar stars that already like house? I fucking love speed garage, the shit`s fun and throwing in a few tracks in everyone`s breaks/dubstep set might lighten everyone the fuck up. Hahaha.....But, seriously, even breaks sounds like house lately, with half the tracks going between a broken and 4/4 beat these days, all of the breaks djs have been teaming up with electro-house producers for years, so I just see this bassline house as another example of the disease that has been infecting and killing breakbeats.
But I do loooove speed garage, even by another name, its still as sweet, so thanks for letting me know its coming back David. =) |
