 Coolness: 62470 | I am in need of some source to help make my article about raves come alive.
If anyone wouldn't mind telling me about their experiences, or what they think of raves, what they do, what they've seen, their worries/concerns, what they like/dislike about the scene. Etc. If you give me some information that you don't mind letting me use, please, if you don't want your name to be mentioned, either give me a fake name, or I'll make you nameless, please, let me know in advance so I don't end up with a head ache. Describing the scene would be great information too. |

four months latter, same guy sends me a msg saying, go to this party, that fucked up music i brought will be playing... i get the tickets, and at the same time im askin dré (psychonaut) if any of the artists on the line-up have releases... obviously not but some guy... this... dj br34th3... has a couple of demos... k go... listen to the shit, freak out, try and find tracks by every artist on the set to educate myself before the party psychoactive 2... great introduction to the psytrance rave really... get there... on pullman... walking through utter getthoism... where the fuck am I? who gives a fuck! im having fun! then i started a radio show... djing (and god did i suck... cant beleive a had the balls to air that shit at first) and inviting other djs to play... first one i invited was that guy... whats his name? oh yeah... dj br34th3... beee arrree three four tee atche threeeeeeee (read phonetically) somehow... after a very very short period of time people start booking me then i flunked out of cegep... organised two raves... then three more with ravedave... was shitloads of fun... and now people come up to me asking errr... whens your next rave? ...i dunno?... when i get tired of not seing the artists i want booked in montreal ill book em... and then ill have a date... right now... the scene is pretty fucking amazing and i trust other promoters to bring artists i wanna see good news is im back in school making pretty pretty things with the photoshop |
