I'm going to take the whole network apart right now. If I can't get it back together, Marshall will have to fix it. But I can't use his computer all night. Fuckballs. |

| Man, that right there might be the problem. Wifi routers have been nothing but trouble in all the years I've seen them. I've never seen a stable wifi router, like, ever. The one that "worked" the best, only lost the connection and had to be reset every 2 days. I've gone through 3, my dad's had 2 of them, his gf's gone through 5.. They never stay connected properly.
What brand router you got? Check the manufacturer's site for firmare updates.. There's also this thing with maximum connections, I know that a lot of routers go nuts if you've got more than 200 connections to the net, so downloading from, say, a torrent, you could easily be connecting to over 200 people and the router is having seziures. |

| we have a pretty shitty wifi router but we fixed the problem by limiting the amount of connections the torrents have... Like in utorrent you reduce the amount of connections. |

| Yeah, the weird thing is that I've never seen that problem on non-wifi routers. Even if you aren't using the wifi, you've got to limit the connections or the router will freeze up and crash, whereas so far, all the non-wifi routers I've been on have never had this problem. Hell, routers back in 98-99 were more stable than the current tech. |
