 Coolness: 158855 | i discovered it when i stoped smoking my 3.5 grams of weed each day since 8 years...i wasn't able to sleep at all...
for stoping smoking weed i made the master cleanse but after i started to drink this tee and it's work well..but i have to admit that i kind of like not sleep at night ! so i drink it only when i have to do something in the morning ! it's give me a strange sensation in my throat when i drink it...not you ? it's like if it become numb ... |

Another thing that helps me sleep though is reading books. When I'm reading a good book it relaxes me and calms my breathing and when I put the book down my thoughts are less on my own life and more on life in general. That's a natural and healthy option! |

 Coolness: 69520 | I wanna try that valerian tea. I have terrible probs fallin asleep. I gotta smoke a shitload of weed and i usually sleep by 1am sometimes 2am max 3am, but then i get up between the hours of 7 to 9am and start my mommy duties. I always get tired in the day, but if i dont nap, i still have trouble sleepin. I envy those who have the ability to just conk out anytime/where they damn please. |
