team spirit was across the street... beside chi chi's (that name always makes me think of batty bois) i think it went under like a month after EQ opened.
my buddies used to work there... EQ west island (downtown one was ill) was the biggest poser shop ever. most of the staff couldn't skate if thier life depended on it.... |

CHI CHIS!!!
That place was dope i had tons of birthday parties there when i was a kid! And EQ did fucking suck; they never had anything.. and if they did it was way over priced.. I dont remember team spirit... Before my time i guess.. And Bernard doesnt sell any skate stuff.. only snowboards and stuff... Do you remember a skate shop called Footloose on Sherbrooke? |

ChiChis was bomb. Easily the best restaurant ever in that location. Everything that has been there since has flopped.
The new Italian place there is ass. |

There's a skateboard warehouse thing on Chabanel. I got a board there for 50 bucks when I was like 13 and I figured hey why not, this way my sister can board with me. Was the crappiest board you ever seen though, it didn't take much at all for it to break in half! They had all kinds of stuff though, super cheap. |
