Does anyone know if AMD will release dual core cpu ? I wonder ... 2 physical cpu whit dual core (4 cpu) then add HT technologie on each core (2 logical cpu per core). Holy shit. Just dreaming. |

they mostly changed for cost, production quantity and heat, because G5 (by IBM) take too much power and generate too much heat, which is not good at all for a laptop. |

Apple is currently selling a "Quad G5".. it's a dual dual-core system.. problem is the G5's run so hot they sell them with liquid cooling.. [ www.apple.com ] |
