I believe drugs cloud our ability to enter that "astral plane" or whatever we might like to refer to it as, faster than it clouds our intelligence. Then again it all depends what one considers that place to be, but being able to enter that place sober brings somethign much more pleasant and long lasting , better judged, and most of all, independant experiences. We all knwo there are many shamans and such things all over the world who use drugs to induce states of spiritual euphoria, but in most or all cases, only the most spiritually enlightened are even allowed to take them, and only on special occasions, to have visions from the gods or what-not, but very doubtfully to come to conclusions about their spirituality as a whole. |

| Coolness: 202315 | i practised alot doing astral and i stll haven't accomplished much, takes alot to focus and meditate. I have to learn to concentrate thats my problem, and when I do get anywhere.. i get excited im always like "oh shit it happening!" and then i lose focus.
i guess sometimes certain drugs could help... but i believe that the more common drugs just make you think your in a spiritual place.. when your really not. But anyhoo i'm pretty serious about learning more about it and im going to take the advice of others and not cloud my mind so i can further on with the expereince.. and learn better from it (man i got all spiritual and weird these past few months! ha!) |
