Techinicaly not viable. We're already sovereign on alot of issues.
and seperatism is not the way to go. Charest might have done alot of "faux pas" but he's
gained more control over key budgets and issues than the partie Québecois will ever get unless they
get a yes on an eventual referendum. Which would be the end of Quebec unless the Caisse de dépot
would actually start making enough money to bnuy out the disinvestment. Which is not the case. |
