I dunno, but that sounds ridiculous to me. Here we have student loans for everybody, everyone can go to university. No one really has to stay poor.

Say hello to the richest people int he world(per capita):

um they have student loans in the US. Sure its more expensive to go to school, but if you are poor and you get good grades you go to school for cheap. My dad lost his job and my brother gets just ok grades, and for that he is going to university for half the price in scholarships alone from the university.. plus private scholarships.. plus student loans so he is going for almost nothing.

as long as you do the work, applying for loans and scholarships you can go to a decent school. people do it all the time.

i think the reason people stay poor in both countries is more of a mentality.. its understandable why they have such a mentality but if this mentality and their surrounding influences didn't constrain them and their perception of thier capacity to succeed, they could actually do well.

other than cops and money agents, i have never seen someone in posession of a handgun (in canada).

shotguns and rilfes are not the same and cannot be easily concealed. besides the fact that carrying a gun around in public is illegal.

anyway, if one is so confident that they live in the best country (for them) why is there the need to prove how much better it is than so and so country. All first world nations have advantages and disadvantages..

For example sure things are cheaper in Canada and there is free health care and cheap schooling which is simply amazing and part of why I moved here, but it is just being paid out of the high HIGH taxes being paid and the health care service is extremely poor here in my opinion. In 4 instances I had severe health problems and the doctors here told me to drink water and they didn't even run tests; when i went across the border to my US doctor i was treated and put on antibiotics asap.
I love Canada. I think its a wonderful country and socially accepting. But I still find it equal to the States.

my buddy J is an avid hunter and owns a whole bunch of shotties, and a revolver too. all legal.. yes he can carry the revolver in public but only in a suitcase and in certain areas that are like, the path to go to the shooting range

however that donest change the fact he legally owns a revolver and can use it in self defense should someone attempt to rob his house or something

he either owns a hand gun because:
a) he owned it before it was made illegal to have a handgun (grandfather clause)
b) he's a police officer, military or private investigator.

and as for carrying around a gun, you can *only* be carrying it with you *if* you're moving it from your home to a shotting range or area for hunting..

i hardly consider that "walking around with a gun"..

he'd probably go to jail for it, since he'd be breaking the law shooting people with it (unless they come into his home etc)..

but anyway. canada's gun laws a a million times more sane than American gun laws..

More hot "REAL" women..only in Quebec though. Most american women are either porkers or have had more surgeries than a burn victim.I hate fake titties. Vive Montreal and all of its fine hunnies.

The raves are good, but they aren't great, I saw Dieselboy, Grooverider, and Spree, all at the same party and in a cave, and with the biggest fucking lasers I have ever seen, Two, one green, one multi-colored, all that in Southern Illinois. The best location and visuals for a party I have ever been to.

The raves I have been to here haven't compared, but I guess there is alot to live up to compared to that party. Raves in the midwest are some of the best underground experiences. The people are nice and its still very illegal so when the do go off they go off big and its not expensive to go.

as someone wh0o has spent the last 6 months in florida, the raves suck. The talent is always good, but people go there to be "cool" and have no fucking clue who the performers are half of the time. Most of the time the party gets broken up by the piggies before it even starts. I hate fucking wannabe club kids. They can all suck my left nut...seriously anyone wanna suck my left nut? Illinois is okay near Chicago, but the further from Chicago you get, the people start having more fingers than teeth.

It probably depends where you are in the states. The scene in California seems pretty cool.
