 Coolness: 685820 | I've got some friends that have a movie on the 13th about extreme body modification.
And asian movies are where it's at for horror these days, if only they could get around to making the movies either have the disney feel-good ending, or the what-the-fuck-did-I-just-watch ending. Like The Eye started off alright and then fell apart each act as it progressed, it's like they took 3 diffrent directors that weren't allowed to watch the other parts being filmed and were asked to interpret 1/3 of a script. Ju-On was great, I watched The Grudge and The Curse, deffinitley better than The Ring. Ringu was so boring, the american remake was actually way better, up untill they fucked up RingTwo way more than Rasen did to Ringu. |

I thought the original grudge was pretty silly ie not scarry- something about that stupid sound they make nulls all credibility.. and of course i didn't bother with the remake on account of Boycotting hollywood films.. especially remakes- watching texas chainsaw massacre was like ramming my head into a urinal till the cows come home- Most un-enjoyable as you can imagine-
SO... is anyone up to seeing the Charles Manson ClayMation - "Live Freaky! Die Freaky!" next saturday at midnight in the Hall theatre? Looks fuckin twisted and hilarious!! |
