Drug laws are federal, not municipal dumbass! I think it is time get an education and if you have one maybe you should question it! Screwhead you are a pretensious and mind less burnout that you are so caught up in trying to be all socialogical as well as intelectual in the way you view drugs as a whole. Maybe its about time you think out side the box and try the "i'm in denial about the fact that i'm a reject drug addict" view.

of course, there is a black market for alcohol!

Ideally, drugs ought not to be legal. But that belongs on a planet that has its basic and psychological needs fulfilled.

You can't have a black market on something that you can sell in a convenient store. Black markets are created by things being illegal. The wine your uncle makes in his basement is not being shipped in containers by the hells angels.

this is a pretty simple concept

There is a black market for Alcohol.
Goto to any native reserve and you can see for yourself.

And a Black market can be defined by the act of buying or selling goods in violation of price controls.

For example, the price regulations set by the SAQ.

They should have an SAQ for drugs... SDQ!! lol they should sell weed, hash, mush, E and Speed... but beyond that its just too strong, too chemical or just plain too damn addicting... if you legalize really hard drugs then your gonna be seeing 15 year olds with a crack pipe in their pockets!! LOL!!

I think the easiest way to do it would be to illegalize anything that can kill you with less than what 6grams etc.
That way all experementation will make sure people dont overdo it.
Or have a some sort of system where you can have this much at a time - e.g. Vending machines with special cards which record usage and restrict acordingly.
