They are pretty funny. Everyone looks like they were having a blast:):) And yeah Launa, we lost money but it was worth it!!! I gotta save for Rocket Socket now...hopefully that will go well. Stay tuned guys. Im arranging things...all the details should be up by the end of next week. And yeah Norms demo rocks:) Im very proud!!!! Vous avez été une crowd vraiment cool, très agréables, et surtout très respectueux des lieux; on a presque pas eu de ménage à faire, merci beaucoup! Merci aussi aux Djs qui on vraiment kicker des culs. C'était vraiment très bon, rarement vu des Djs dedans comme ça! Evidemment un très très gros merci à Liz et Norm d'avoir travaillé si fort pour offrir un party aussi l'fun, vraiment fièr d'avoir travaillé avec vous làdessus! Gros criss de merci à ceux qui nous on aidé pour le set-up et la sécurité, ceux qui nous on prêté la déco, le gars de la salle (qui est vraiment cool en passant) et les autres que j'oubli qui on aidé de près ou de loin. Yeah yeah... Nice guys finish last... But I'm supposed to be an ass hole... guess some other promoters beat me with that ;) I definetly will throw other ones like that... So here come the thanks: Marc (yeah, man, you're first, you ass-saving bitch), Peter, Michel, Simon (looking forward to work with you again, i was pretty pleased with your help and your understanding), Liz, Lezarium (Mighty Mike, Pat, Samy, Suzie & Fred), Andre @ Psychonaut (it's Andre's fault, by the way), my mom for putting flyers at the depanneur near her place, Jack (too bad it had to happen like that, I really appreciate the effort), the Chill, Claudine, all the DJs... Now for a more detailed review... I didn't really feel like I was one of the organizers, more like a regular attending person... props to the (we don't know who you are guys, we're still wondering) hawaian shirt guys. Music was just very very flavored and uplifting. Really digged what every body did. Thanks Scott for the tag, it's really nice of you to blend with the newbies like that... nice positive experience life-wise and music-wise. I was pretty impressed with the set-up. Sound was just really amazing, too bad the deco kept falling off... that volcano was funny... lol. Well anyway, hope to see the same kind of crowd at future events. It's good to finally hear feedback about my demo, i'm glad everybody's so psyched about it. I think it's pretty good, but it's really mixed conservatively... i mean, no fla fla no nothing... it was a one-shot recording, so... I'll get another one ready for the end of the summer, not only full-on. It's going to be more tidy-ed up. |
