 Coolness: 149030 | well it was definitely a good vibe and tons of friends faces up in this shit, represent. on the downside the sound problems were not fixed until halfway through prelar's set, i'd like to apologize for that, but the good news is that next week right from the start it will be kicking, i finally figured out the problem.
next week is a huge week with veteran selectah Slyde coming down to play a retarded range of funky shit from disco to breaks to house to anything and everything in between. Rain Force & Murdock are gonna kick shit off with breaks/ turntablist type mayhem, we got Kikit comin in to play somma what i like to call 'real electro' heheh, and Golgo 13 to rinse the shit out of this mafaa with the ill DnB. last but not least dj omoc is gonna play the opening spot, exposing the city to some of his dark, deep, quirky electrobreakz regul8n'. word up and thanks to everyone, everyone.. |

 Coolness: 50995 | yeah a huge thanks to everyone who came out. lets make this a weekly habit.....my apologies to the prodigal son NTER for having to carry out massive soundsystem restructuring during his set, aka shutting everything down, ripping out the mixer, rewiring everything..a superstar dj does NOT deserve that kind of treatment....had to be done though, greater good and all that jazz..
thanks to everyone that stuck around for my set i had a blast. thanks to rhys for manning the bar, linds for the pre-set joint, maude for the drinks and for keeping me company while i got my fix of 90's fluff downstairs, thanks to freebass for getting drunk and rowdy, thanks to fuckin host one for eating crack-pizza like it was going outta style and finally a huge thanks to the one, the only steve miller for kindly lifting me home after.... oh yeah and thanks to those 2 greasy singlet-wearing goons who started beating the shit out of each other in the pizza place. that was gold.....a great end to a great night. this can only get better. thanks y'all. |
