 Coolness: 685635 | Man, the simpsons are so sucking these days. Trying to hard to be Family Guy by bringing in touchy political subjects to ridicule, but they can't do it right. And what's with subliminally having Marge swear?

The Simpsons is turning from a funny, inovative cartoon, into a bad Family Guy wannabe. no, i think you are talking about Americian Dad i still think americian dad was the first idea before Family Guy came out, and is only on tv now because Family Guy made it so big Americian Dad sux!!!! im still a simpsons fan, and i am stil enjoying the new episodes. they're starting to reveal all the little secrets about all the other characters for example when they told us what comic book guy's name really was " Jeff Albertson" (maybe thats not how you spell his last name, but who cares), and of coarce that patty ends up being a lesbian. i though it would have been lenny and karl but i watched the superbowl episode of the simpsons from last season not to long ago, and when they ask karl what he was going to do with the ring he said he would give it to his wife, because it was their annaversary. ( since i have no cable i watch alot of the old simpsons episodes) anyways, its just tv, right? |

| Coolness: 685635 | At one point, I don't remember if it was in that episode or the one that played after on Global (Where Marge enters a cook-off and cheats) at the end of the episode, I think lisa says something to marge and marge say "Oh, BFD" (BFD generally being used to represent Big Fucking Deal... And it's the ONLY answer it could be interpreted as) |

| Coolness: 685635 | The only new episode that I saw that I loved was the one when they start smuggling drugs into the US from Canada, but again the whole episode just seemed to be a veiled statement on Canada's generally more leniant aproach to drugs (as opposed to the US, where the cops arrest and cuff you for smoking a joint) |

 Coolness: 201270 | Most of the episodes in the last 5 years sucked pretty bad (jesus, 5 years, a lot of great cartoons didn't even last that long... family guy, invader zim, ren and stimpy, Futurama: proof that matt groening is still funny, etc...). But there have been a couple that were pretty god damn funny. They have seriously run out of ideas... WHo are they going to kill off or make gay next in order to salvage ratings ? |
