Too bad no matter how good encryptions and passwords become there'll always be options in web browsers to remember your passes and then it's just a matter of copying a person's preference files onto a disk and importing them onto another computer to hack half their sites.

That does not work since when you install windows it creates a unique encryption key... What you need is to install small pieces of software on the users computer which will then display all password information to you from the users computer...
