| it actually adds to your stress.
it makes you believe its relieving it... but in all reality its the cause for most of it, or the amplification of the already existing stress.
Alot of people(including myself at first) convince themselves that they like smoking becasue they've tried quitting but couldnt right away...
ITS A PROCESS...
if at first you dont succeed...
TRY, TRY AGAIN!
quitting smoking (esp if you smoke a pack a day... is a painful and challenging process)
