I think the network rules apply only to static ip's, but not to dynamics... on a side note, I know that some techs bring in usb keys and use firefox which apparently seems to side step the network rules easier than explorer... but Im too lazy for that kinda effort, not to mention that I do have to work, so its better when I occassionnaly dont access what I would like to access Ufot-im only a level 1 tech, so frankly, there's some guess-work involved
