goa is A place in India, where the western people that moved there claimed to have started the GOA sceen, really the way I see it Psytrance as it stands, grew with the rest of the electonic sceen. Goa is / was the "Ibiza" of the psychedlic culture. The movie "Last Hippie Standing" tried to set the record strait, but you can only fit so much information in a 1 hour documentry.
