 Coolness: 38080 | for those of you who want to lose weight: ive lost 20 lbs since last january...feels good but you know...you gotta be careful about how you do it too... do it in a HEALTHY WAY..go to gym, eat right....don't starve yourself or make yourself throw up thats really not going to help you don't be obsessed about it...don't let the scale determine whether or not you're happy today do it for the right reasons......do it because you want to be healthier and you want to do something good for yourself...don't do it because your boyfriend or friends think you need to losing weight is as much as a physical thing as it is mental....you need to work on how you see yourself and find out why food is a problem in your life of course this will not apply to everyone but just thought i'd say what I thought about it..good luck to anyone who wants to lose weight in a healthy way....we can all do it, no doubt about that |

| Coolness: 38080 | this summer im going to work full time with a probably unstable schedule that I will hate and moan about... when im not working i'll be bombarded with people wanting to do things but i'll be so tired from work that all i'll want to do is stay home, eat ice cream and watch tv after 2 months of doing this i'll start feeling my brain slowly turning into mush, and i'll be whinning and begging to go back to school |
