i find if i get too focused on my depression... it just keeps getting worse and worse. like a downward spiral. Personally, i find it easy to turn sadness, pain, or most emotions into anger... and then when i listen to hardcore/gabber, I rage about for a while, either walking, biking, dancing or something really physical... and afterwards i feel so relieved. Mwahaha! gabber... the cure for depression. |
