| Description: | The second edition of Time Machine will be as oldschool as it gets. Keep it oldschool, keep it underground, keep it real. ROOM 1: THE WAREHOUSE In the early 90s, people would meet in abandoned warehouses and throw all night parties. This is how raves first started. As the movement became popular, events got bigger, and moved to bigger venues. Time Machine's first room will be a tribute to the early days of the scene, presenting djs who made the rave scene what it is today, including the legendary dj Frankie Bones, considered by most to be the creator of the north american rave scene. FRANKIE BONES Indica Philgood Sarcastic Mana 7 ROOM 2: THE CHURCH BASEMENT At the end of the 90s and the beginning of the 2000s, many parties were held in church basements. This is the oldschool most people raving today remember. Montreal was then known for it's love of hard music, and that love will be shown in Time Machine's second room. Prepare for a mix of older hard trance, happy hardcore, gabber, acid, nu-nrg and much more! Time Machine 2 will be held at L'afterhour, 1540 Boulevard des Laurentides, Laval The venue is easy enough to reach from Montreal, go down at Cartier metro, and take one of the following busses: 17, 27, 31, 39, 41, 43, 74. Don't follow the addresses, as they can be confusing. Go down right before the 440 highway, the venue will be on your left. Don't forget to bring a little bit extra money, as Montreal bus passes don't work in Laval. Also, Security and bar are taken care of by us, so you can be sure we'll have cheap waterbottles and friendly security!
