After Chus & Ceballos rocked Believe on Canada Day, 7EN Entertainment Group is ready to start throwing it's bi-monthly event, FREQUENCY in Ottawa's face once again. It's been a while since we've held one of these, Porter & Basoski in February to be exact. But rest assured we'll be going strong now that Ottawa's hottest nightclub, HEAVEN, is open for business.

There are a lot of talented dj's in the top 100 list that we've had the privilege of bring to Ottawa, let alone this man who has broken through the top 25 for the last two years. But it's no secret that within 7EN we have a few favorites we love booking because they are just fantastic to work with. DJ DAN is at the top of that list.

Veterans of Ottawa's electronic music scene know Dan as one of pioneers of the North American breakbeat sound. Through the 90's his sound evolved and he became one of the pillars of the LA scene, and treated us in Ottawa to some scratch-filled funky house sets that people still talk about today (Space Nightclub a few years back). Today DJ Dan is a global phenomenon. His back to back 24th place on the DJ top 100 list is a testament to just how popular his has become. With well over 300 000 mix cd's sold, world tours and production work with New Order and Depeche Mode (to name a few), it's going to be an energy filled night when Dan gets behind the decks at HEAVEN. So once again, 7EN invites you to HEAVEN, to get your Freq On!
