| Informations: | this week on the west side / Westboro village special guest from Toronto - DJ Deep Six will be spinning some deep / funky house with me!! Trio is a wicked small lounge, good brews on tap, good drinks / food, art on the walls, chill / loungy house beats! a gem on the 'westside' no cover! Trio Lounge 307d Richmond rd. (near wellington st.) (take the #2 bus, or transitway to westboro stop) [ www.triobistro.ca ] DJs Jason Pelletier (Stay House! / Spins & Needles / Techcetera / Trio) and special guest DJ Deepsix (Toronto / 2 Steps Foward) Bio~ Deepsix has played all over ontario, from Ottawa to London, to Manitoulin Island (!)- mostly in Hamilton, Toronto, and Kingston. He has also played in Dallas, Winnipeg, and will be going out to Vancouver soon... Mostly known for playing UK Garage and House, I play soulful, funky vocal house with some latin vibes thrown in for good effect. He can be found on [ www.rinseit.ca ] and [ www.1groove.com ] (2 Steps Forward show) Deepsix can also be found on Ottawa airwaves for over a year on 97.9 ( I think ) playing UK Garage and House on Monday nights from 1 - 3 am! We are excited to have this wicked DJ come down for a special session at the Trio lounge this friday!! |
