 Coolness: 121580 | it's different for everyone. i heard it's been used longer than the modern pill so the side effects are even more known. she lost weight on it, and has perfect skin. i think ti's the same the way the pill is for different people. stopping your period completely almost scares em a bit too, but i almost wouldn't mind it. plus the progesterone (that's pretty much what the main hormone is in the pill) decreases your libido as well. and it makes me nauseous. i have to take it before bed or i feel sick. |

its extremely rare that women lose weight on an estrogen/progestrogen combination pill/shot. the combo of hormones (estrogens and progestins) found pills and shots can maske you gain weight gain. said hormones can cause fluid retention, increased level of body fat and a bigger appetite in some women. |

| Coolness: 121580 | i dunno- i know 2 friends that lost on the pill, and the other one who lost on the shot. (i know alot who have gained weight too, but i don't think losing weight is as rare as you think). |
