What's wrong is first and foremost that what you have described has NOTHING to do with the coalition against police brutality. Want to protest against capitalism wait til the anti capitalist march or the anarchist fair.
You and all the other supposed anti capitalist protestors turn what should be a march of awareness against police brutality into a showcase of police brutality.
Let's go poke a cave of bears until they attack and then claim it's unfair and unprovoked
Fuckin brilliant!

As long as dumbass anarchists keep throwing rocks at the cops, they wont have to send in undercovers to stir shit up. And will be justified in sending in the riot squad. Bunch of tools.

As an anarchist, I kinda resent that. Real anarchists would never throw rocks at cops.

Why, is there a law amongst anarchists that forbids you to throw rocks at cops?

Anyone set on changing things for the better in society should abandon the Anarchist tag. I'm not saying it doesn't have its place in philosophy, but anarchists have traditionally been the bogyman for the general public. Anarchy for almost everyone in democracy is a not positive phenomenon. So unless your dead set on fighting to rehabilitate anarchism in the eye of the public AND changing how society works, it might be more important to focus on the main objective.

Specially if you have to explain oxymoron's like: unwritten rules among anarchists.

My experience with anarchists is they usually aren't the smartest people in the room

They would rather have chaos then a semblance of order which is inherently stupid to begin with

Most end up either in jail or are unable to find work because their name comes up on some FBI list

Definitely not the wisest path to take in life

Given that humans are competitive by nature, good luck creating a society based on non hierarchical voluntary association.

Lack of coercion is mostly what impedes anarchical states. But it does dwindle down to the competitiveness and greediness of human nature.

One can hope, though, that too is part of human nature

Try some Kant for some insights on ACTUAL anarchy.
Or you know, stay stupid and clueless. You seem to be doing a pretty good job at it, imho.

As for Kant, I dont think I need to rely on some 17th century german philosopher to understand a definition. In fact I can pretty much safetly say that anything from the 17th century is pretty much "passe". Try reading some new material bro, those school notes from 1997 arent cutting it here ;)

Unfortunately, Blisss's definition is the one most peoples know and have accepted.

Anarchy is pretty much burnt as far as names go. Maybe its time to find a new "ism" that isn't synonymous with chaos, destruction and street punks.

Like "occupyism" or "ninety nine percentism"...

Anarchism is why Occupy failed as a movement, saying you want to set up a commune in the center of the park to create a 'leaderless' society, doesn't get us very far, working people don't have time for that type of thing. They real economic issues that need to be resolved.

having said that, 'voluntarism' which forms core aspects of anarchism, is however worth exploring...the idea that if someone doesn't want the benefits of something (like say health care or unemployment insurance then they shouldn't be forced to pay for it). It's the idea that the most just set up occurs when everyone participating in something has agreed to participate. However, a society without hierarchy or leaders is unworkable, this is why we have democracy, because the war of all against all (anarchy) and rule by one person unrestrained in his power (tyranny) are both unworkable.
I'm feeling surly right now..
