| well, see, I'm more carnivorous than veggie, so I love almost all meats. Top of my list though has to be the hard to find expensive and/or exotic stuff. Bison, boar, quail, fesant, rabbit, shark, swordfish etc. (Those are just my favorites :P) |

and don't worry megan :) by tomorrow afternoon you'll be a happy vegetarian :) even though you KNOW that it's just a profit oriented industry adn that it's completely brutal, you'll completely UNDERSTAND and be like "damn." the taste of any sort of fowl won't make a difference compared to this (and if it does, then the taste of chicken must have changed since i stopped eating it)
i also suggest you go to chuch/chu chai before you leave (on st. denis between sherbrooke+ mount royal- i don't have the address) and try their brochettes. i know you miss meat and this stuff is pretty damn close (so scary that you'd have to ask if it really isn't) and they're SOOOO delicious!!! |

| actually spook i've tried all of those + alligator, ostritch (minus the pheasant) even horse, i've been through all the species so i can't be like "hmm.. i wonder what this tastes like?" (except oysters, but i don't think i'd like those anyways) and yeah, i was a hardcore meat eater before all this too. i'm talking extra-rare bleeding steak stylz
