Of course it hurts but try to think of the upside, of all the fights you won't be having any more, of the freedom you now have to flirt with anybody you please and see where it goes. She's over you? Fine, then try to understand why and how, and drink like mad and get your mojo on. Way better than offing yourself. I didn't mean to be a prick but I know from experience that being very tough about that shit works well. This is because you have spent so long build a vision of the future that can never exist now, that takes some time to unwhined in your own head... the best way to get over someone is to put a body between you and them it may not seem to work at first but over time you'll see it makes things better even if it's just a fling for a few weeks... also don't be afraid of seeing the girl you broke up with (take it from someone who knows...) you need to have a little contempt for the girl you broke up with to get over her and hiding from her doesn't help, you can't be scared of her... ... anyway enough of my rambling...it's Saturday in montreal, go get your four best friends together and go tonight to a fun bar like st sulpice or something sit on the terasse and get absolutely blind drunk to the point where you guys are stumbling around on St Denis looking for a cab and eating slices of shitty cheese pizza at 2:30 in the morning, you'll feel better i promise. |

Tu peux pas baser ton bonheur sur tes relations avec d'autres êtres humains, sinon tu vas être décrissé à chaque fois que ça chie. Profites donc de ce moment de solitude pour te découvrir toi même et déterminer ce qui te rends heureux dans la vie pis focus la dessus from now on. Y'a tellement d'opportunités, common dude! Si t'es trop down, voyages! Pogne toi une job sur un bateau de croisière ou dans un club med, vas faire du bénévolat avec vision mondiale, va en Indes faire dans un monastère bouddhiste, tiens toi occupé, restes pas ici à déprimer, ça va pas aider...
Au pire, ya le centre de méditation VIpassana pas loin, je connais plein de gens qui sont allés et en sont ressortis hyper positifs et motivés. C'est sur une base de dons je crois... Vipassana BTW faire dla dope quand t'es déprimé c'est jamais une bin bonne idée... :) |
