| Coolness: 108900 | Rogers is TERRIBLE : we had to get a dial-up connection for a couple weeks, no big technology there, and we got indians on the line calling many times that we had to endure bad service and bad accent. As we never got to log on, we had to get that cancelled. I also called a few times to get info on a service which wasn't informative at all.
I tried to get out of the shitty bell to go with Videotron and had to a few times to get specific replies, even talking to a manager, so I never got with that. Bell is bad but not that much. Some very good advice : never ever EVER do any business that consumer protection don't cover, that include doing business outside Quebec when the company didn't solicit your business. I've been duped and in the process of legal consultation then possibly proceedings. Here's my list of least evil to the worse: 1. Bell 2. Videotron 3. Rogers 4. other QC company 5. another QC company 6. some other QC company 7. company outside QC |
