Dude, from what I understand you work for Shaw right? BIg corportions usually have policies for situations just like this one.
All you need to do is go directly to you team leader and explain the situation to him/her. He/She wlll be the one to delicately explain it to your co-worker that "someone else" in the call center has an issue with your scent, and to please refrain from bathing in it. If that doesn't solve the issue, well it is at that point in the team leaders hands, and it will be escalated accordingly

I've worked in call centres that were actually scent free zones because people had allergies to them, like bad allergies.

I used to be a team leader and most of the time where smell issues arose, people that emitted the scent were surprised but understood the situation, sometime a bit resentful but nothing out of the ordinary ; however one time the supervisor, my boss, told someone and there was an extreme reaction, afterward every time an issue were discussed between them the scent issue was brought up again : a wound that didn't heal.

If someone else can't take care of this, my advice is the test her reactions to something less personal first like ... sound she make while working/eating.

But if this disturb your performance or your health, it's a serious issue and you should not let anything deter you from addressing it accordingly.
I'm feeling <3 sexi_babe_69 right now..
