 Coolness: 76670 | The big problem used to be 4-MTA or PMA being sold as ecstasy. PMA would make you feel like you were coming up non stop but it would never level out, so people would pop more thinking that it would finally kick in instead of building, and they'd wind up in a coma or worse, dead, from heart complications or more commonly from severe dehydration.
Now I'm not so sure... the testing kits that I used to be spoiled with in Toronto aren't readily available out here and I haven't been doing enough drugs to test anything. It's sort of less fun when you'd rather just not do anything of the sort and get your life on track instead. |

 Coolness: 2603945 | some people are new to a drug and don't know the feeling of it... they just buy it cause it's available, and when you get high, you presume it's the right high... this message is a warming to people telling them if they don't get the right high from buying something, especially if it's k, it could be meth because i'm 98% sure that some of the k going around is meth and not ketamine... people should know...
people know that i'm not against or for drugs... i think they are cool in moderation, every once in a while to get away from it all... but when people don't get what they expect it's not good and can even be dangerous... it's like ordering a chicken burger and getting a fish burger... it's still food, but it's not what you asked for. it's totally different... and the effects are different... |

If you're going to buy drugs, try as best as you can to buy them off your friends or people "you know". I've never been unlucky enough to buy K that turned out to be Meth, but I've had my fair share of bad experiences of when I've bought drugs that have turned out to be dried paint, or Tylenol. Call me stupid for falling for that shit, but again, that never would have happened if I had purchased my dope off of someone who was worthy of my trust (ie: a friend). I'm actually baffled that something like this could happen in this scene. I mean, who the fuck were you people buying your drugs off, anyways? I can understand getting a 1/4 of coke, where 1/8 of it is cut with speed. But whenever this type of thing happens, it's because I'm buying it off of a complete stranger on the corner of Saint-Denis and De Maisonneuve -- which is to be expected. If you guys are getting ripped off at your own parties, sorry but... yeah. Smarten up. |

pour ma part j'ai consommé par accident la fameuse k-meth... l'expérience dans son ensemble a été assez épeurante et pénible. après 3 jours à pas pouvoir dormir ni manger... c'est vraiment déplaisant. sur le coup j'ai pas fait le lien entre c'qui m'arrivait et que peut-être c'était du meth. c'qui arrive aussi, c'est que quelqu'un qui consomme régulièrement de la kétamine (ou une autre drogue), va tout de suite commencer avec des quantités assez importantes. disons quelqu'un qui est habituée de faire le 1/3 d'une fiole d'un coup, mais finalement c'est autre chose, y'é faite. |
