Coolness: 201290	Apparently it is now illegal to buy a cheap cigar at a store, you have to spend at least 5$ or more. They say kids are buying those small cigarillos they sell for 1$, so they force you to spend more money now. You have to either spend more or buy a bunch at a time. Retarded retarded retarded.
