Pictures, to be admissible in court, have to be taken under "mandat" of a judge. So, pictures taken by your friends and put online cannot be used against you. And if, for some reason, it ever goes to court, then you'll have to prove that the media used against you is not valid for whatever reason. Don't take pictures of yourself with drugs. You can avoid a lot of shit. |

But say a hardcopy (from a development studio) of a film photo, that can be trouble. |
