 Coolness: 39545 | everyone knows I'm not a fan of happy hard core, but i do appreciate all good music in its right place...and this was off the hook. I especially liked the little room during the house trance set at around 5am, right after that live...that was really cool. dj had great track selection, but dude, get some records. I hate cd Djs. a cd once in a while is cool, but no vinyl gets no play from me. Its all about spinning the black circle.
nice job boys. great party, great atmosphere and a killer venue...... props for the dj on the stage. now, for the music, got there during thiery's set, super cool. the nyc dude after was ok i guess, nothing special. jorah kai (???)...didn't like it at all, a little to hard for the room. when is a dj going to understand that when people start sitting down, maybe its time to change your track selection. Don't prepare sets boys, its just makes for a lousy set and no vibe. But he mixes ok and has some killer hard core tracks.heard one white that I haven't heard since manu was hear a couple months back. that live set was cool. its was chilly house, and i guess the fact that he played a couple notes over a tracker makes it live...depends on your point of view. all in all, a great party and something I will remember for a long time. I still believe the scene is alive in this city, people should support a lot more then that though. I wasn't gonna go, but at the last minute, we changed our minds, and I am gald that we did. I enjoyed the veniew, the music, the sound and the vibe at this party much better than last weekend's at the rainbowites. Although It's nice to switch up the veniew at least every weekend. I had a lot of fun with the happy hardcore, surprisingly...much fun dancing..I get really bored these days at parties...this s not the fault of the promoters though...it's prolly just me. A lot of great people were there, and I was happy to see a lot of you. There were a lot of new faces. Julie, It was nice to meet you, and there were a couple of other kids that came out from other places that I met too. that was cool. It's good that this line up was not the same as every other party out there these days. I am glad that this event wasn't too packed, because, I really love to have space when I dance. It was a little hot, but it really wasn't that bad. Although one of my friends tried to open the window, and the owner came up to him, and told him that it had to stay shut, that was kinda wack. but whatever. There were a lot of interesting dancers at this party, they kept me entertained. That was cool. Happy hardcore is o.k in small doses..and I wouldnt mind going to another party in a couple of monthes, but for now, i have had my fair share. i like dthe music on the most part. I agree with ulrich though, i think that c.ds are meant for your own home...there is really something magical about vinyl. But that is just my opinion. all in all, a good night thierry. I look forward to your next event. P.S, the giant ape= scary...are you trying to scare all of those little kids on e? shit man. anyway...good to see ally'all, and until next time, peace out. cat |

 Coolness: 152000 | I had a great time at this party the vibe was great and everyone there was sooo very nice.The venue was nice as well and thank god for the amount of ventalation that there was cause even with that it was pretty hot in the main room.The music in the second room was amazing. thank you to everyone who made this party possible.i most deffinelty enjoyed seeing everyone there. This party was the best way to end march break without a doubt.
