 Coolness: 63025 | I was only there for the noise events on Saturday...this was way expensive. I thought Mono No Aware, Iszoloscope and This Morn Omina put on great live performances that add much to their studio versions. Terrorfakt was of course very entertaining with all that industrial grinding shit. Sparks flying everywhere, that was sw33t.
I recognized you for the first time, Human Desease, but didnt know what to say other than "hi" so I just didnt say anything ;) I should have given you some stickers at least. Oh well, next time. |

expensif??? do the math like you want but tickets in december where 20$ less and 35 to 55$ to see between 10 and 12 bands thats not what i call expensif... wtv |

 Coolness: 158310 | Well, the hardcore night was worth it, even without Manu being there.
It had been a while since I have had a hardcore party of that magnitude. It usually involves a lot of HHC, which is not to my taste. The sound was good without being too loud. It just felt right. DJ Mutante was very interesting; the bit with the can and the drum stick was very out there. 0_o; I'm not sure what brought on this idea but I liked it. I completely loved DJ Producer's set! And Lenny Dee, of course. The visuals were wild and low enough until around slightly before 6am. Then the lights got kinda bright, which woke me up from my daze a bit. I knew I had to go home, then. |

I'm just not into much money right now, having too much to pay for my home ect. I should have bought my tickets in December but wasnt sure if I could make it. I didnt want to spend so much on bands I didnt care for on the other nights. I didnt even get to see all the bands that were on that day. I know the logistics of paying just for the bands I wanted to see wouldnt work out, but if I could have, I would have. I picked the night which featured the most artists I liked. If I compare this to the COMA events, I either got free passes or when I paid for the last one, it was still less expensive. I do realize much had to be invested to make Kinetik happen and I know things got tight for the COMA productions but in the end, my situation made this an expensive event for me at this time. If I could have paid to see just the artists I wanted to see, maybe in some other venue even, it would have paid much less. I didnt mind paying 40$ for Ministry but even that was getting expensive. I dont even bother with concerts at the Bell Center since no bands play there that are worth my spending so much. J'ai pu aller seulement à la phase 4 et je peux dire que j'avais intérêt à ne pas manquer ça! Premièrement: Le son était juste trop bon et crissement puissant! Un peu trop fort je trouve, mais bon, c'était un RAVE Hardcore, non? Pour une fois on pouvait vraiment apprécier la musique sans saigner des oreilles à cause que le kit de son est poussé au maximum... J'ai vraiment adoré tous les Dj sets de la soirée... Lenny Dee m'a surpris. Les dernières fois que je l'avais vu, j'avais été un peu déçu, mais là... Holy Fuck! C'était vraiment trop nice! Technique impécable et choix des tracks excellent pour l'évènement! Outside Agency pète des têtes! Outside Agency VS Dj Producer: Oh Shit! Assez pour me faire oublier que Manu le Malin était pas là! Dans la vie, il y a les Dj's et les Producers et il y a The fucking DJ PRODUCER! Sérieux,je ne m'attendais pas à ce qu'il soit aussi débile! J'ai jamais vu un Dj spinner comme de toute ma vie. Tout ceux que je connait qui étaient présents et qui mixent avait tous l'air de se dire: Osti que je connais rien là-dedans, je ne sais pas mixer... moi le premier... Je suis vraiment tombé sur le cul! Très bon set de Na, comme d'hab. Dark Alakazoo à très fini ça, en nous ramenant vers quelque chose de plus smooth, question d'être capable de repartir... Bravo à toute l'équipe de Kinetik! J'espère que le festival sera de retour l'an prochain. Ceux qui trouvait les billets trop cher: C'est ça que ça vaut un évènement de qualité avec des artistes de ce calibre. Il y a du monde prêt à payer 20$ pour un party avec juste des locaux qui mixent depuis 6 mois sans le moindre kit de son (moniteurs et speakers d'ordi ne rentrent pas dans la catégorie kit de son). Donc, 35$ pour 90 000 watts de son et les meilleurs headliners hardcore, c'est une aubaine! Encore bravo et merci! |

bonjour montreal un petit mail a tous les gens qui seront present au festival kinetik et seront supris de ne pas m y voir je ne suis moi meme tres decu de pas pouvoir etre la mais pour des raisons personnelles je suis bloque a paris,je tiens a preciser que l organisation du festival avait tout prevu pour ma venue. ils ne sont pas responsable de ce contre temps qui je le repete m attriste aussi car j aime beaucoup venir au canada et particulierement a montreal,d ailleurs le kinetik crew et moi meme avons deja parle d une prochaine fois voila je m excuse aupres de tous et vous souhaite un bon festival atous et a t-res bientot j espere have fun and peace manu le malin ---------------------- donc on va faire notre possible de vous le ramener le manu a mtl :) |

| Coolness: 158810 | oui manu etait super decu de pas venir a mtl! il a message des textes a tt ces amis et tout le monde comprend la situation! il n'aurait jamais manque de voir les autres artistes de la phase 4 tous reunis a mtl! et les promoteurs on rien a se reprocher, la preuve etant que tous les autres artistes avec nous etaient tres heureux de l'organisation impecable du festival..
en passant aussi nathan tu as fais une excellente job avec la phase 4 et tu travaillais fort aux autres phases.. aussi props a sebastien le driver du band bus du festival a 15 places qui a trimballe les artistes tout le week-end! il etait toujours a l'heure et souriant! wow jf et kyo, plus j'y repense plus l'organisation de ce festival etait plus que majeure; c'etait quand meme incroyable! |
