Or is drunk watching a football game? Or some woman is drugged out on 4 prescription medications? I know i don't, and i care a lot about people....it's their business what they consume...so why do you think polititians who are just everyday people like you and me care? They are against drugs because that's what the majority of voters wanna hear.... If they truly cared, cigarettes would be banned....end of fucking story.... While I'm ranting, let's look at how democracy really works....politicians say something that sounds good and once elected realize they can't or won't pass X law. Or they want to but their party doesn't... C'mon, wake up....income taxes were a "temporary thing" for the war....GST was a "temporary thing"....we elect our leaders because they CLAIM they're gonna to increase spending,lower taxes,give money to schools and health care, get rid of the deficit, send every family a bar of gold...blah blah blah...how much actually gets done(without the $ problems being shifted elsewhere)? |
